Research on Influencing Factors of Employment Satisfaction Degree of University Graduates With Disabilities:Take a University in Nanjing as an Example
In order to analyze the employment satisfaction degree of university graduates with disabilities in China,a questionnaire survey was carried out on these students graduated from a university in Nanjing in the past three years,and three major categories of influencing factors were selected,namely the factors of their own conditions,the factors of the working environment and the factors of the family.Based on the binary Logistics regression model,the data visualization software and SPSS software were used to analyze the main influencing factors affecting the employment satisfaction degree of university graduates with disabilities,which were:gender,whether the profession is appropriate,salary,work location,work intensity,work stability,interpersonal relationship and construction of accessibility facilities.In light of the results of the model,suggestions for improving the employment satisfaction degree of university graduates with disabilities are given from four aspects of improving personal professionalism,choosing the working environment carefully,strengthening the construction of accessibility facilities and increasing policy support.
