Under the background of inclusive education,the proportion of visually impaired students in ordinary universities is increasing year by year.The construction of intelligent information consultation service system for these visually impaired students is the trend of the times for university libraries to adapt to the transformation and upgrading,and to the social development.Based on the five elements of service,data resources,technical facilities,librarians and management,this paper has constructed an intelligent information consultation service system for visually impaired students,including data resource layer,requirement processing layer,reader service layer,and summary and feedback layer.Furthermore,the paper discusses the reasonable and feasible development strategies,in order to provide reference and enlightenment for the service for visually impaired readers and related disabled cultural services in university libraries.
