孤独症谱系障碍儿童的情绪调节障碍及干预方法综述

摘要
与普通儿童相比,孤独症谱系障碍儿童存在较多的情绪调节困难,阻碍其生活技能和社会功能的发展.回顾20余年来孤独症谱系障碍儿童情绪调节的相关研究,梳理这类儿童在情绪调节方面存在的障碍,结果发现,以神经生物视角对孤独症谱系障碍儿童的情绪调节干预有自下而上、自上而下两条干预路径,未来可以从干预实施者、干预目标、干预对象等角度出发扩展与完善相关研究.
Abstract
Compared with ordinary children,children with autism spectrum disorder have more difficulties in emotion regulation,which hinders the development of their life skills and social functions.By reviewing the relevant studies on emotion regulation of children with autism spectrum disorder in the past 20 years and combing through the existing disorders in emotion regulation of such children,it is found that there are two intervention paths for emotion regulation intervention of children with autism spectrum disorder from the perspective of neurobiology,including bottom-up and top-down intervention.In the future,relevant studies can be expanded and improved from the perspectives of intervention implementers,intervention targets and intervention objects.
