摘要

特殊教育办学质量关系到特殊儿童的身心发展,影响国家对特殊教育的资源布局,是特殊教育发展的生命线.基于高质量发展背景,依据《特殊教育办学质量评价指南》,构建包含5个一级指标、14个二级指标和47个三级考查指标点的特殊教育高质量办学评价指标体系,对监测评估特殊教育办学质量具有重要意义.经过检验,该评价指标体系具有较高的信效度和合理的权重分配,适用于特殊教育办学质量评估,能反映地方特殊教育办学水平.

Abstract

The quality of special education school running is related to the physical and mental development of special children,affects the distribution of national resources for special education,and is the lifeline of special education development.Based on the background of high-quality development and the Guidelines for the Quality Evaluation of Special Education School Running,it is of great significance to construct an evaluation index system of high-quality special education school running that includes 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 47 third-level examination indicators.After testing,the evaluation index system has high reliability and validity,and reasonable weight distribution,which is suitable for quality evaluation of special education school running and can reflect the level of local special education school running.
