The Application Progress and Prospect of VB-MAPP in the Evaluation of Autistic Children
Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program(VB-MAPP)is a language and social competence assessment tool based on Skinner's theory of language and behavior function analysis.It is widely used in the diagnosis and intervention of autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disorders.The study finds that VB-MAPP has the advantages of flexibility,dynamics and comprehensiveness,and has made significant progress in the applicable groups,application scope,evaluation strategies and evaluation methods.Looking forward to the future,it should pay attention to the localization exploration and practice of the evaluation tool,strengthen the comprehensive evaluation of other evaluation tools,and promote the integrated application of its intelligent technology.
