Employment is the best way to integrate into society for college students with disabilities. These students face multiple obstacles in employment from five dimensions of psychological efficacy,cultural skills,social networks,career planning,and inclusive environment. To break through the employment dilemma,it is necessary to reserve"three-dimensional capital"to enhance the inherent endowment of employment,provide accurate employment guidance services through beforehand career education,and accelerate the construction of a barrier-free environment to open up the last"one kilometer"of employment. Internal and external empowerment can cooperate to form a joint force to promote the employment integration of college students with disabilities in the new era.
