Research on the Path of Professional Independent Development of Special Education Teachers in the Digital Era:Take R School in Suzhou,Jiangsu Province,as an Example
In the digital era,special education teachers present digital characteristics in their professional development process. Based on this,R School in Suzhou,Jiangsu Province,has constructed a"two levels and four phases"teacher development model,exploring the path of teacher professional self-development from four aspects in the practical process:challenge the present:nurture a digital learning ecosystem and enhance teachers'digital competence;towards the future:maintain new momentum for professional development and enhance teachers' awareness of digital development;return to humanity:focus on the scale of life and strengthen the ethics of teachers'digital responsibility;reshape value:emotional identity,consistent with teacher professional career development. This path effectively enhances the professional independent development level of special education teachers.
