From the perspective of deep learning,the"National Training Plan"for special education school principals pays attention to the training needs of learners,accurately determines the training themes,and arouses the initiative of students to participate in the training;it attaches importance to the deep participation and learning input of learners in the learning process,and carefully builds the"246"training model for special education school principals;it also pays attention to generating training results in the learning process,implementing the effective transformation of training results,and improving the effectiveness of"National Training Plan"for principals of special educa-tion schools.
