摘要

[目的]建立壮族女性定量超声骨量峰值,为广西壮族人群骨质疏松症的诊断和防治效果的评估提供依据.[方法]采用定量超声法对25-70岁祖辈三代双亲均为壮族的746例健康女性志愿者进行跟骨定量超声测定,以5岁为一个年龄组.[结果]峰值骨量出现在35岁~组,BUA峰值为(64.83±3.78) db/MHz.在25~34岁年龄范围内BUA值随年龄增大而增大,40岁~略有下降,但仍处较高水平,45岁~后随年龄增长跟骨BUA值逐渐下降.50岁~组至65~70岁组骨量正常百分比由58.87%降低至7.08%.[结论]建立了壮族女性定量超声骨量峰值,提供了该地区定量超声的BUA参考值和骨质疏松症诊断的科学依据.

Abstract

[Objective] To establish quantitative ultrasound Zhuang female peak bone mass, and to provide Guangxi Zhuang population reference value of osteoporosis diagnosis and the basis for the assessment of control effectiveness. [Methods] Zhuang 746 healthy female volunteers (25 to 70 years) were randomly selected. Quantitative ultrasound of the calcaneus on bone mass in these women were determined. Every 5 years were as an age group. [ Results] Peak bone mass appeared in the 35-year-old group, and the peak BUA was 64.83 ± 3.78 (db/MHz). Calcaneal BUA values of 25 to 34 year age range in-creased with age, 40- years old decreased slightly, but still at a high level, and gradually decreased with increasing age of above 45- years. The percentage of normal bone mass of 50- age group and 65 to 70 age group decreased from 58.87% to 7.08%. [Conclusion] Zhuang female peak bone mass by quantitative ultrasound was established, test results provided a refer-ence values of BUA for women, and provide a scientific basis for diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis.
