社区肺康复治疗对中重度COPD患者的临床应用

摘要
目的 探讨社区肺康复治疗对重度COPD患者的临床疗效.方法 入选2010年1月～2011年12月广州市荔湾区昌华街COPD患者234人,根据患者病情严重程度将所有患者分为A组(Ⅱ级、78例)、B组(Ⅲ级、80例)和C组(Ⅳ级,76例),对患者进行社区肺康复干预治疗2年,比较干预前后患者临床表现和肺功能变化情况.结果 COPD患者经社区肺康复治疗后,生活质量较治疗前显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；各组患者治疗前后肺功能无明显改善,与治疗前相比,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 社区肺康复治疗能显著改善患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,具有一定的临床价值.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the clinical curative effect of pulmonary rehabilitation in community for patients with severe COPD. METHODS Selected 234 COPD patients on Changhua Street of Liwan District in Guangzhou City from January 2010-December 2011, and divided them into group A ( H , 78 cases) , B group (11, 80 cases) and C group (IV , 76 cases) according to the disease severity. All patients were given with pulmonary rehabilitation intervention treatment in community for 2 years, then compared clinical manifestations and changes of the pulmonary function before and after intervention. RESULTS COPD patients' quality of life was improved significantly by pulmonary rehabilitation after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05) ; pulmonary function before and after treatment did not improve significantly, compared with before treatment, the differences were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). CONCLUSION Pulmonary rehabilitation therapy in community can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the quality of life, and has a certain clinical value.
