地震灾区北川县900名居民健康体检结果分析

摘要
目的 了解北川县居民的健康状况,掌握疾病谱特征,为健康管理工作提供帮助.方法 采用统一方法对900名本地居民进行健康体检,对检查结果进行分析.结果 未检查出任何疾病者281人,占体检总人数的31.22％,体检结果异常者619人,占总人数的68.78％.共检出16种现患疾病；检出率较高的依次为血脂异常、脂肪肝、宫颈炎、高血压、胆囊结石等.结论 应当重视该地区居民健康状况,并加强健康体检后的健康干预和疾病防治等健康管理工作.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To know the health status of the residents in Beichuan and grasp the spectrum of disease in order to provide help to health management.METHODS 900 local residents did physical examination in unified approach and the results were analyzed.RESULTS 281 cases did not check out any diseases, accounting for 31.22％, 619 cases had abnormal physical examination results, accounting for 68.78％.A total of 16 kinds of diseases were checked out.The higher detection rates of diseases in turn were abnormal blood lipids, fatty liver, cervicitis, hypertension, and gallbladder stones, etc.CONCLUSION Attention should be paid to the health status of residents in the region and health management including health intervention and disease prevention should be strengthened after health examination.
