摘要
目的 分析辽宁省县级医院信息系统建设与使用情况,以期加快其信息化建设步伐,为全国县级医院信息化建设提供借鉴.方法 采用文献检索和问卷调查的方法对辽宁省县级医院的信息系统现状进行统计分析.结果 采用信息标准化的医院25家(66.7％),医院管理信息系统建设情况较好,主要子系统的实施均已达到80％以上,医院临床信息系统建设使用情况不容乐观,除住院护士工作站、门诊医生工作站和病区医生工作站外,其余子系统实施均不足20％.结论 辽宁省县级医院信息系统基本上处于医院管理信息系统(HMIS)阶段且发展不均衡,信息标准不统一,信息共享困难.应协同政府与医院的力量,促进县级医院信息系统的建设与发展.
Abstract
Objective The construction of hospital information system was analyzed to accelerate informatization of county hospitals,and to provide scientific bases for the other county hospitals.Methods Literature reviews and questionnaires were adopted to analyze the current situation.Results The standard information systems were adopted in 25 hospitals (66.7％),and the construction of HMIS was preferable.The proportion of the main subsystem of HMIS was separately accounted for 80％.As the subsystem of CIS,the proportion of all the subsystems except nurse's workstation,outpatient doctor's workstation system and ward doctor's workstation were less than 20.0％.Conclusion The county hospitals in Liaoning are basically in a level of HMIS and develop unbalanced.It is difficult to share informations between them because of the differ in the information standards.Hospitals and governments should cooperate with each other and promote the construction and development of hospital information systems.
