摘要
目的 了解常州市儿童家长对预防接种服务的满意度,为提高预防接种服务水平提供依据.方法 采用分层抽样的方法,抽取常州市新北区和金坛市儿童家长进行现场问卷调查.结果 常州市儿童家长对预防接种总体满意率较高,与地区经济强弱无统计学差异.家长对工作人员接种技术认可度最高,但对预防接种提醒方式满意率较低.满意度与文化程度和户籍地有关联,与性别、监护关系、交通工具、路途花费时间无关.结论 加强对儿童家长的健康教育和流动儿童的管理,提高预防接种工作效率.
Abstract
Objective This work was to learn the satisfaction rate of children vaccination service among parents in Changzhou city,so as to provide scientific basis for strengthening immunization program.Methods By stratified sampling,parents in Xinbei and Jintan were selected and investigated with questionnaire.Results The overall satisfaction rate was high and no difference between Xinbei and Jintan.The highest and lowest rates were in nurses' injection technical skill and reminding types before vaccination,respectively.Satisfaction was related to educational level and the parents' registeration location,but not to gender,guardianship,vehicle and commute for vaccination.Conclusion In future the specific health education among parents and management on children without local registeration should be strengthened to improve the service level.
