Research progress on psychological effects of Taiji exercise
Due to the unique physical and mental balance function of Taiji,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive understanding for the psychological effect of Taiji exercise.CNKI and PubMed were used to sort out and analyze the relevant literatures.The results showed that Taiji exercise had many psychological effects,for example,anti-anxiety and antidepressant,increasing subjective well-being and cognitive function,and decreasing psychological stress.Future research has the potential for in-depth development in exercise planning,evaluation methods,sample size,psychological effect indicators and service population.
