Objective To analyze the relevant factors that affect the service capabilities of primary health care institutions in Chengdu, and to provide reference suggestions for improving their medical service capabilities. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to collect data.EpiData3.1 and SPSS21.0 were used for data description, single factor regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Results In the single-factor analysis, 9 items had statistically significant effects on the two indicators that reflected service capabilities.In the multivariate linear regression analysis, the number of health technical personnel, financial subsidies and personnel expenditures had a positive correlation with the number of visits. The number of health technical personnel, the number of personnel expenditure, the area of business accommodation and the number of equipment were positive influencing factors for the number of basic medical service projects, while the circle of location was a negative influencing factor. Conclusion It is necessary to build grass-roots human resources team, appropriately increase personnel expenditures, strengthen the construction of business buildings, rationally allocate medical equipment, give play to government leadership and increase financial subsidies.
