摘要
目的 总结主观认知下降患者认知干预相关证据.方法 系统检索BMJ Best Practice、JBI、PubMed、知网等数据库中与主观认知下降患者认知干预相关的证据,包括临床指南、临床决策、系统评价、专家共识、证据总结等,检索时限为建库至2023年12月7日.结果 共纳入12篇文献,包括1篇指南、1篇专家共识、10篇系统评价.从认知干预原则、类型、剂量、形式、地点、内容、辅助措施、评估、实施方法、效果及评价等11个领域总结31条证据.结论 认知干预可改善主观认知下降患者的认知功能及心理健康,医护人员应结合临床情境、患者偏好制定个性化认知干预方案并加以应用.
Abstract
Objective To summarize the evidence related to cognitive interventions for patients with subjective cognitive de-cline.Methods A systematic search was conducted in databases such as BMJ Best Practice,JBI,PubMed,and CNKI for evi-dence related to cognitive interventions for patients with subjective cognitive decline,including clinical guidelines,clinical decisions,systematic reviews,expert consensus,and evidence summaries,with a search timeframe from the establishment of the database to December 7,2023.Results A total of 12 articles were included,comprising one guideline,one expert con-sensus,and 10 systematic reviews.Evidence was summarized across 11 domains,including principles of cognitive interven-tion,types,dosage,formats,locations,content,auxiliary measures,assessment,implementation methods,effects,and evalua-tions,resulting in 31 pieces of evidence.Conclusion Cognitive interventions can improve cognitive function and mental health in patients with subjective cognitive decline.Healthcare professionals should develop and apply personalized cognitive intervention plans tailored to clinical contexts and patient preferences.
