Research on the application of V-SHEL risk management model in medical imaging equipment failure
Objective To explore the effect of V-SHEL risk management model in reducing the risk of medical imaging equipment failure such as NMR,CT and DSA.Methods A total of 15 medical imaging devices used in the normal operation of clinical departments in our hospital from 2020 to 2021 were selected, and the daily traditional management methods in 2020 were classified into the control group. The adoption of the V-SHEL risk management model in 2021 was included in the study group.Compare the pass rate, failure rate and equipment user satisfaction of the two groups. Results The qualified rate of the equipment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the failure rate was lower than that in the control group, and the failure rate caused by the equipment itself was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of equipment cleanliness and standardization, operation performance and timeliness in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion V-SHEL risk management model can reduce the failure rate of medical imaging equipment and improve the satisfaction of equipment use.
