摘要

目的 探讨 V-SHEL风险管理模型在降低 NMR、CT和 DSA等医学影像设备故障发生风险的应用效果.方法 选取某医院2020-2021 年临床科室正常运行使用的15 台医学影像设备,将 2020 年采用日常传统管理方法归入对照组;将2021 年采用V-SHEL风险管理模式纳入研究组.比较两个组别的合格率、故障率和设备使用人员满意度.结果 研究组设备合格率高于对照组,故障率低于对照组,设备自身原因产生故障率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组设备整洁及规范度、运行性能和及时性满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 V-SHEL风险管理模型可降低医学影像设备故障率,提高设备使用满意度.

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of V-SHEL risk management model in reducing the risk of medical imaging equipment failure such as NMR,CT and DSA.Methods A total of 15 medical imaging devices used in the normal operation of clinical departments in our hospital from 2020 to 2021 were selected,and the daily traditional management methods in 2020 were classified into the control group.The adoption of the V-SHEL risk management model in 2021 was included in the study group.Compare the pass rate,failure rate and equipment user satisfaction of the two groups.Results The qualified rate of the equipment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the failure rate was lower than that in the control group,and the failure rate caused by the equipment itself was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of equipment cleanliness and standardization,operation performance and timeliness in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion V-SHEL risk management model can reduce the failure rate of medical imaging equipment and improve the satisfaction of equipment use.
