Application value analysis of grid management in medical device quality control management
Objective To study the application value of grid management in medical equipment quality control management,and to provide reference for improving the quality of medical equipment management.Methods The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine implemented grid quality control management for all the hospital's monitoring equipment from January 2023,and 539 sets of monitoring equipment were set as the control group from September to December 2022,and 539 sets of monitoring equipment were grid management based on conventional quality control management from January to March 2023.They were set as study groups to compare the differences in management quality,operation quality and cost effectiveness between the two groups.Results The management quality scores of clinical operation,information data,quality control detection,maintenance and repair,and scrap disposal of monitoring equipment in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The service life index and operating profit of the monitoring equipment in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the maintenance expenditure of engineers was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The operating probability,functional integrity rate and operation rate of monitoring equipment in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of grid management in the quality control management of medical monitoring equipment can effectively improve the clinical service income of medical equipment,and play an important role in improving the operation quality and management level of medical monitoring equipment,which is worth promoting.
