A study of the value of color Doppler ultrasonography and transient elasticity imaging techniques in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis of Hepatitis B
Color Doppler ultrasonography and transient elasticity imaging techniques are noninvasive tests for the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis of Hepatitis B.The color Doppler ultrasound can be used to measure the liver morphology, hemodynamics of portal vein and semi-quantitative score, and the transient elasticity imaging techniques can provide liver stiffness measurement. This paper mainly reviews how color Doppler ultrasound is used to diagnose liver cirrhosis and its clinical application, how transient elasticity imaging techniques are used to diagnose liver cirrhosis and their clinical application, and the combined clinical application to diagnosis of liver cirrhosis, which provides certain reference significance for the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis, hoping to guide clinical treatment.
