The application value of EAT parameters in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease based on CCTA measurement
Objective To explore the application value of EAT volume and CT value parameters measured by CCTA in coronary heart disease. Methods Fifty patients with CHD from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the CHD group, and 40 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. All patients had complete clinical data and CCTA images. The volume(cm3)and CT value(HU)of EAT were obtained by syngo.via post-processing workstation software.Subsequently, the gender, age and LDL-C indexes of CHD group and control group were collected.Independent sample t test was used to compare the measurement data between groups, and x2 test was used to compare the count data between groups.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.ROC curve was drawn by MedCalc statistical drawing software, and AUC was used to compare the diagnostic efficacy of each index for coronary heart disease. Results There were significant differences in gender, age, volume of EAT,average CT value of EAT and LDL-C between CHD group and control group(x2/t=9.723,3.958,4.302,-3.09 and 3.727,respectively,all P<0.05).The sensitivity of gender, age,EAT volume,EAT average CT value and LDL-C in the diagnosis of CHD were 68%,66%,62%,62%and 50%,respectively,and the specificity were 65%,75%,82.5%,68.5%and 100%,respectively.The thresholds of EAT volume and EAT average CT value for the diagnosis of CHD were>122.95cm3 and≤-86HU,respectively,and the corresponding AUC were 0.738 and 0.637,respectively.Conclusion Gender, age,EAT volume,EAT average CT value and LDL-C are helpful for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. The EAT parameters(such as EAT volume and EAT average CT value)measured by CCTA as emerging technology acquisition indicators have certain value in improving the diagnostic efficiency of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
