基于3D打印技术的CT影像设备X射线球管模型设计与开发

CT影像设备在医学诊断和治疗中起着至关重要的作用,其关键部件之一是X射线球管,传统学习X射线球管构造及原理缺乏教学内容互动,无法提供学生实际操作的机会,难以加深对X射线成像原理的理解.针对这一问题,本研究参考西门子Plus 4单排CT的原厂X射线球管,进行零部件划分和实物尺寸测量,利用三维建模软件SolidWorks进行实体建模,利用实验室2台3D打印机打印.该模型还原了真实CT球管的外观及构造,具有重量轻、拆卸方便、耐用度高等特点.
Design and development of X-ray tube model for CT imaging equipment based on 3D printing technology
CT imaging equipment plays a crucial role in medical diagnosis and treatment,and one of its key components is the X-ray tube.Traditional learning about the structure and principles of X-ray tubes lacks interactive teaching content,and cannot provide students with practical opportunities to operate,making it difficult to deepen their understanding of the principles of X-ray imaging.In response to this issue,this study referred to the original X-ray tube of Siemens Plus 4 single row CT for component division and physical size measurement.Solid modeling was performed using the 3D modeling software SolidWorks,and printed using two 3D printers in the laboratory.This model reproduces the appearance and structure of a real CT tube,and has the characteristics of light weight,easy disassembly,and high durability.
