Current research status of using nanotechnology to enhance diagnosis and treatment of osteosarcoma
Osteosarcoma,as a malignant tumor,early diagnosis and effective treatment are one of the highly concerned focuses in the medical field.With the development of nanomaterial technology,it presents limitless potential in the diagnosis and treatment of osteosarcoma.Based on a brief introduction to osteosarcoma and nanotechnology,this review comprehensively discusses the current research status of nanomaterials in the diagnosis and treatment of osteosarcoma,integrating various functional properties such as ease of modification,signal amplification,high drug loading capacity,photothermal conversion,and immune regulation.Additionally,it looks ahead to the potential applications of nanotechnology in future cancer detection and treatment,aiming to provide valuable insights for the promising development of this field.
