Evaluation of branched aortic Stent-Graft in the treatment of stanford type B aortic dissection
Objective Based on real-world data,multi-dimensional evaluation of the safety, effectiveness and economy of Branched Aortic Stent Graft in the treatment of aortic dissection with insufficient anchor zone StanFord B provides scientific basis for rational clinical use. Methods Seventy-one patients with Stanford type B thoracic aortic dissection with insufficient anchoring zone treated in hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected. The patients were divided into observation group(32 cases)and control group(39 cases)according to different endovascular repair methods.According to the relevant clinical data of various methods, the main observation indicators and secondary observation indicators of perioperative period and follow-up period were statistically analyzed, and the clinical effects of each group were compared.Resluts There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the baseline data, past medical history and laboratory test indicators(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference between the postoperative laboratory indexes and perioperative adverse medical events(P>0.05).The surgical safety of the two groups was similar.Intraoperative blood loss in observation group was less than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in immediate postoperative effect and postoperative 2-month follow-up(P>0.05).The efficacy of treatment with branched aortic stent graft was better than that of hybrid surgery. The operation time, postoperative hospitalization days and total hospitalization days of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in total hospitalization expenses, medical consumables expenses and implant material expenses between the two groups(P>0.05).The economic efficiency of using branched aortic stent graft was better than that of hybrid surgery. Conclusion Branched aortic stent graft is safe and effective in the treatment of thoracic aortic dissection, economical and suitable for a wide range of applications. It is suitable for endovascular treatment of Stanford type B thoracic aortic dissection patients with insufficient anchor area. The long-term effect after surgery needs to be further tracked. The real-world data need to be expanded.
