Clinical study of endoscopic mucosal dissection in the treatment of esophageal early cancer
Objective Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of endoscopic mucosal dissection in the treatment of early esophageal cancer. Methods 60 patients with early esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different operation methods, with 30 cases in each group, regular surgery and endoscopic submucosal dissection were performed respectively. The clinical indicators, lesion dissection and resection, postoperative complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The discharge time, operation time and postoperative feeding time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).And the amount of bleeding of the study group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effect of lesion stripping and resection in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic submucosal dissection in the treatment of early esophageal cancer can effectively optimize the clinical indicators and the effect of lesion dissection and resection, and greatly reduce the incidence of complications and improve the safety of treatment.
