Observation on the effect of hepatic therapy instrument on patients with liver cirrhosis in compensatory period
Objective To investigate the effect of liver therapy instrument combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of compensated hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 90 patients with compensated hepatitis B cirrhosis treated in our hospital from June 2020 to August 2023,who were divided into experimental group and reference group according to different treatment methods. The reference group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine, and the experimental group was treated with liver disease therapeutic apparatus combined. The clinical efficacy, liver function and liver fibrosis indexes before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the reference group(79.07%),the total effective rate of experimental group(95.74%)was better(χ2=4.369,P=0.037).Compared with the control group,ALT,AST and TBiL levels in experimental group were lower after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the levels of HA,PCⅢ and LN in experimental group were lower after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(18.60%),the incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group(4.26%)was lower(χ2=4.681,P=0.030).Conclusion Hepatotherapy instrument combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine is effective in the treatment of compensated hepatitis B cirrhosis patients, which can significantly improve the liver function of patients, reduce the degree of liver fibrosis and reduce adverse reactions, and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
