Analysis of Philips V60 non-invasive ventilator fault images and research on solutions
The V60 non-invasive ventilator in our hospital's intensive care unit has frequently experienced failures during use.Our research team conducted an in-depth analysis of the fault images, data, working principles, and system components from March to July 2023,identifying the specific causes of the"main alarm failure"and"100A"fault alarm codes. To address these issues,we adopted measures such as replacing the soundproofing cotton material, fixing the communication cable, and implementing a preventive maintenance plan. After implementing these improvements, the repair rate of similar faults has dropped significantly, significantly improving the stability and reliability of the ventilator.Additionally, our research findings have provided product improvement suggestions to manufacturers, offering new ideas for the design and management of future non-invasive ventilators.
