Design of precise pipetting control technology for immunoassay analyzer
Objective In order to achieve precise automatic detection of immune analyzers,precise automatic pipetting technology is crucial.This project mainly studies the precision pipetting control technology of the immune analyzer.As an important component of the immune analyzer,its control accuracy and automation level directly determine the accuracy and efficiency of the final detection results,and it is a key component of the system.Methods The system had realized the precision pipetting control of the immune analyzer by PID closed-loop negative feedback automatic control technology,and designed the precision pipetting control technology of the immune analyzer by single-chip servo motor drive control technology,high-precision sensor detection and low-pass filtering technology.Results In this paper,the hardware and software of precision pipetting control system of immune analyzer and the control algorithm were systematically designed and solved.The design of precise pipetting control technology of immune analyzer was designed and solved.The precision of motor control and sampling accuracy of the sampling system was improved,and the sampling accuracy reached±5%at 10μL or±3%at 200μL.Conclusion This system can solve the technical problems of precision pipetting control design of immunoanalyzer,and improve the control precision,pipetting sampling precision and detection efficiency of immunoanalyzer.
