Study on the effect of programmed quality control model applied to laparoscopic instrument management on the improvement of disinfection quality
Objective To explore the application value of programmatic quality control management model in laparoscopic instrument management. Methods From July 1 to December 31,2024,180 laparoscopic instruments treated by the disinfection supply center of our hospital in accordance with the conventional management procedures were selected as the control group, and from January 1 to June 30,2024,180 laparoscopic instruments managed by the programmed quality control mode were selected as the observation group. The results of disinfection and sterilization, occurrence of adverse events and management quality of the two groups of instruments were compared to evaluate the effect of programmed quality control mode. Results The qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events such as packaging damage, missing parts, equipment damage and nosocomial infection in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In terms of management quality, the recovery quality, cleaning quality and packaging quality of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The programmed quality control mode is an effective means to optimize the management process of hospital disinfection supply center and ensure medical safety, which can significantly improve the disinfection and sterilization effect and management quality of laparoscopic instruments, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
