Medical endoscopes are precision and expensive medical equipment,with high technical requirements and difficulty in maintenance and use.This article starts from the structure and principle of endoscope,and shares three examples of medical electronic endoscope failure.It also summarizes the common faults and repair costs of electronic endoscope.The study found the proportion of major repairs reached 55.56%,and the proportion of major repairs caused by human error reached 97.78%,while the proportion of minor repairs was 44.44%.The repair costs for each fault are also different.The total cost of 29 cases of appearance damage was 695,205.00 yuan,with an average cost of 23,972.59 yuan;the total cost of 25 cases of leakage was 712,410.00 yuan,with an average cost of 28,496.40 yuan;the total cost of 2 cases of image problems was 81,126.00 yuan,with an average cost of 40,563.00 yuan;the total cost of 24 cases of angle problems was 358,130.33 yuan,with an average cost of 15,570.87 yuan;the total cost of 2 cases of other problems was 8,694.00 yuan,with an average cost of 4,347.00 yuan.The study proposes corresponding preventive maintenance solutions for these problems,which can be used as a reference for peers.
