微量输液泵在输注缩宫素引产中的临床观察效果研究

目的 分析微量输液泵在输注缩宫素引产中的使用效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2024年1月在廊坊爱德堡医院进行分娩的100例足月单胎头位需要引产的产妇,根据不同干预方法分为对照组和观察组,每组产妇50例.其中对照组采用人工操作输液器阀输注缩宫素治疗完成引产,而观察组则采用微量输液泵输注缩宫素完成引产.实验结束后分析两组产妇产程时间、产后2h出血情况、新生儿Apgar评分、引产成功率.结果 观察组产妇达规律宫缩时间和第一产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组第二、三产程时间,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组产妇产后2h出血量为(157.24±9.10)ml,低于对照组的(204.31±9.220)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组新生儿1分钟Apgar评分、5分钟Apgar评分和新生儿窒息(Apgar评分<7分)发生率比较,差异均无统计学差异(P>0.05).观察组缩宫素误差发生率低于对照组,引产成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 微量输液泵在输注缩宫素引产中的合理使用可以有效提高产妇引产效果,同时可以降低产妇出血量,对于产妇引产有着良好帮助,因此医疗人员可以对该引产方式进行推广使用.
Clinical observation and effect study of micro infusion pump in induced abortion with oxytocin infusion
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of micro infusion pump in the induction of labor by infusion of oxytocin.Methods A total of 100 full-term single fetus who needed to be induced in head position and delivered in Aibao Hospital of Langfang from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group based on different intervention methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received manual infusion of oxytocin through the valve of the infusion set to complete the induction of labor,while the observation group received infusion of oxytocin through a micro infusion pump to complete the induction of labor.After the experiment,analyze the duration of labor,2-hour postpartum bleeding,neonatal Apgar score,and success rate of induced abortion in two groups of parturients.Results The time of regular contraction and the first stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the second and third stages of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).The 2h postpartum blood loss in the observation group was(157.24±9.10)ml,lower than that in the control group(204.31±9.220)ml,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of 1-minute Apgar score,5-minute Apgar score and neonatal asphyxia(Apgar score<7)between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of oxytocin error in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the success rate of labor induction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The reasonable use of micro infusion pumps in the induction of labor with oxytocin infusion can effectively improve the induction effect of parturients,while reducing the amount of bleeding and providing good assistance for parturient induction.Therefore,medical personnel can promote the use of this induction method.
