Observation on the effect of fetal heart monitor combined with cloud preview of delivery scenario on alleviating the fear of childbirth in primipara
Objective Based on clinical experience,to explore the effect of fetal heart monitor combined with cloud preview of delivery scenario on alleviating the fear of delivery in primipara. Methods A total of 86 primiparas who gave birth in our hospital from May 2022 to October 2023 were selected for prospective study, and randomly divided into experimental group and reference group according to envelope method. The reference group was treated with routine management measures, and the experimental group was treated with fetal heart monitor combined with cloud preview intervention on the basis of the reference group. The duration of labor, the score of negative emotion before and after the intervention, the incidence of postpartum complications, the incidence of adverse outcomes of newborns and the satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The first, second and third stages of labor in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group(P=0.000).After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postpartum complications in experimental group(2.33%)was significantly lower than that in control group(20.93%)(χ2=5.545,P=0.019).There was no significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse outcomes between the experimental group(2.33%)and the control group(11.63%)(χ2=1.613,P=0.204).The total satisfaction of the experimental group(97.67%)was higher than that of the control group(76.74%)(χ2=6.672,P=0.010).Conclusion The fetal heart monitor combined with the cloud preview of delivery scenarios can alleviate the fear of childbirth, shorten the time of each labor stage, reduce the incidence of postpartum complications and adverse outcomes of newborns, and the maternal satisfaction is high, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
