Application of ultrasound in the diagnosis of placental accretion disease
Placenta accreta spectrum disorder(Placenta accreta spectrum disorder,PAS)has a high probability of postpartum hemorrhage and a poor prognosis.Prenatal ultrasound imaging can provide an important diagnostic basis for the diagnosis and clinical management of PAS,and can help patients improve prenatal detection,so as to have a positive impact on pregnancy outcomes.The ultrasonographic characteristics and examination methods of PAS in prenatal ultrasonography in recent five years are reviewed in this article.This is aimed to recommend the use of ultrasound imaging technology to pay early attention to high risk groups,pay close attention to the placenta status for screening,and finally achieve personalized protection of maternal and infant safety.
