智慧型医院手术智能管理系统的设计与效果评价

目的 以智慧型医院手术智能化管理建设为构建导向,探索使用信息化技术手段加强手术过程质量管理的方法.方法 构建包含应用场景层、数据传输层和业务感知层的智慧型手术智能管理系统,通过患者手环绑定模块、可视化功能模块和术后智能随访模块,实现手术过程中的实时监测和智能分析,同时结合手术的医疗服务进行高度融合.结果 选取手术智能管理系统上线前的743例手术为对照组,上线后的689例手术为观察组,统计发现观察组平均手术接台时间缩短了25min,观察组预估手术时长准确性提高了12.4%,医技护患四类人员对上线后的系统表现满意度高.结论 手术智能化管理系统的应用有利于智慧医院的建设,提升了医院的运行效率和医疗服务质量以及患者满意度.
Design and effectiveness evaluation of surgical intelligent management system in smart hospitals
Objective With the construction of surgical intelligent management in smart hospitals as the guiding direction,to explore the methods to strengthen the quality management of surgical processes using information technology.Methods A surgical intelligent management system was constructed,which consists of the application scenario layer,data transmission layer,and business perception layer.Through patient wristband binding module,visualization function module,and post-operative intelligent follow-up module,the system realized real-time monitoring and intelligent analysis of the overall surgical process,while integrating highly with surgical medical services.Results 743 surgeries before the launch of the surgical intelligent management system were selected as the control group,and 689 surgeries after the launch were the experimental group.The statistics revealed that the average surgical preparation time in the experimental group was shortened by 25 minutes,and the accuracy of estimated surgical duration in the experimental group increased by 12.4%.Medical and nursing staff and patients showed high satisfaction with the system performance after its launch.Conclusion The application of the surgical room intelligent management system is beneficial to the construction of intelligent hospitals,enhancing hospital operational efficiency,medical service quality,and patient satisfaction.
