医用血管造影X射线机剂量影响因素及图像质量的分析

目的 探讨不同水平的X光照射野,附加铜滤过,目标到图像接收器距离(Object to Image Receptor Distance,OID)和帧率对医用血管造影X射线机入射面剂量和图像质量的影响,为临床实践合理选取这些因素提供指导性建议。方法 使用体模模拟受照患者,分别选取不同水平的X光照射野(20cm,32cm,49cm),附加铜滤过(0。1mm,0。3mm,0。6mm),OID(30cm,45cm,60cm)和帧率(7。5p/s,15p/s,30p/s),比较体模入射面剂量率的测量值和获取的图像质量。结果 不同X光照射野水平体模入射面剂量率和图像质量评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。不同附加铜滤过水平体模入射面剂量率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。3种不同附加铜滤过水平的图像质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。不同OID水平体模入射面剂量率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。3种不同OID水平的图像质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。不同帧率水平体模入射面剂量率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。3种不同帧率水平的图像质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。结论 入射面剂量呈现出X光照射野20cm时大于照射野32cm和49cm时,附加铜滤过0。1mm时大于附加铜滤过0。3mm和0。6mm时,OID 60cm时大于OID 30cm和OID 45cm时,帧率30p/s时大于帧率15p/s和7。5p/s时;图像质量呈现出X光照射野20cm时优于49cm时,其他因素水平的图像质量无明显差异。
Medical X-ray angiography equipment dose influencing factors and image quality analysis
Objective To investigate the effects of different X-ray fields,additional copper filtration,distance between the patient and the image receptor(object-image distance,OID)and frame rate on the incident dose and image quality of medical X-ray angiography equipment,and analyze the statistical differences between dose and image quality,so as to provide guiding suggestions for the reasonable selection of factors in clinical practice.Methods The phantom was used to simulate the irradiated patients,and different X-ray fields(20cm,32cm,49cm),added copper filtration(0.1 mm,0.3 mm,0.6 mm),OID(30cm,45cm,60cm)and frame rate(7.5p/s,15p/s,30p/s)were selected,and the measured patient incident dose rate and the image quality of the acquired images were compared.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the dose rate at the irradiation surface of the different X-ray field level phantoms(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the dose rate at the irradiation surface of the different additional copper filtration level phantoms(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the image quality score among the three different additional copper filtration levels(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the dose rate at the irradiation surface of the different OID level phantoms(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the image quality score among the three different OID levels(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the dose rate at the irradiation surface of the different frame rate level phantoms(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the image quality score among the three different frame rate levels(P>0.05).Conclusions The incidence dose showed that 20cm X-ray field was greater than X-ray fields of 32cm and 49cm,0.1mm added copper filter was greater than added copper filters of 0.3mm and 0.6mm,60cm OID was greater than OID of 30cm and 45cm,30p/s frame rate was greater than frame rate of 15p/s and 7.5p/s.The image quality showed that the 20cm X-ray field was better than 49cm X-ray field,and there was no significant difference in the image quality at the level of other factors.
