预绞丝金具在通信杆路的设计及应用

摘要

随着社会的进步和5G通信的发展,通信线路也相应地跟随着发展起来,从而满足各种社会需求.通信杆路作为最基础的传输方式之一,不管在线路运行安全,还是施工效率方面的要求也越来越高.预绞丝金具经过几十年的发展,已经在架空线路上广泛推广和使用,凭借着良好的抗疲劳性能、简便快捷的安装、高效节能等特点,可有效提高施工效率、保证通信线路的稳定运行等作用.本文通过分别介绍通信杆路的传统的架设方式与使用预绞丝金具架设的方式,得出使用预绞丝金具优点,并进一步阐述预绞丝金具的发展空间.

Abstract

With the progress of society and the development of 5G communication,telecommunication line have correspondingly developed to meet various social needs.As one of the most basic transmission methods,communication poles path have increasingly high requirements in terms of line operation safety and construction efficiency.After decades of development,Preformed Helical Fittings have been widely promoted and used on overhead lines.With good fatigue resistance,simple and fast installation,high efficiency and energy conservation,they can effectively improve construction efficiency and ensure the stable operation of communication lines.This article presents the advantages of using Preformed Helical Fittings by introducing the traditional installation methods of communication poles and the installation methods using pre-twisted wire fittings,and further elaborates on the development space of Preformed Helical Fittings.
