Although the existing medium wave transmission antenna occupies a small area in application,the signal is not strong enough,and the receiving strength in application is worse than that of tower type medium wave transmission antenna.Therefore,this proposal adopts a conical top load self-supporting tower type medium wave transmission antenna,and analyzes its working principle and application to enhance its application effect.Firstly,analyze the working principles of the medium wave transmission antenna,including antenna topping principle,electromagnetic field crossing principle,and antenna loading technology.Then,when designing the pre tuning network of the medium wave antenna,series and parallel designs are carried out based on different impedances,and a T-shaped network is selected for matching.Afterwards,lightning protection technology will be designed for the antenna itself,the antenna network,and the power supply.Finally,confirm the parameter design of the antenna height,ground network,ground resistance,and deployment network in the antenna.The experiment compared the receiving strength of the conical top load antenna and the tower antenna,and found that the receiving strength of the conical top load antenna is better than the tower antenna within 200m,and slightly stronger than the tower antenna outside 200m.The results show that the receiving strength of the conical top load self-supporting tower type medium wave transmission skyline is better than the tower antenna in practical applications.
