This paper delves into the new positioning of Party organizations in public hospitals'decision-making processes in the new era.Through optimizing and improving mechanisms such as two-way communication,pre-meeting discussions,and democratic decision-making,it systematically reconstructs the organizational positions and decision-making processes in decision-making meetings.It proposes a"triple new"operational system for decision-making at the third level of public hospitals under the perspective of Party building leadership,providing a new perspective for strengthening Party leadership,ensuring effective cover-age,and deepening internal reforms and governance in public hospitals.
