Construction of administrative department responsibility list based on the"four responsibilities coordi-nation"mechanism in the context of strengthening comprehensive and strict party governance
Objective To deepen and refine the extension of the"Four Responsibilities Coordination"mechanism of comprehensive and strict party governance to departments,and to construct integrated lists of responsibilities for administrative de-partments in hospitals to enhance accountability.Methods Based on the prevention and control of power risks in administrative department positions,strengthened institutional construction was employed as the key focus,with supervising power operation as the core.By comparing with laws,regulations,rules,and job responsibilities,key areas,important matters,and critical posi-tions were identified to ascertain key nodes in power operation,weak links in internal management,and risk points prone to prob-lems.Through a combination of bottom-up and top-down approaches,integrated lists of responsibilities for administrative depart-ments were formulated.Results Seventeen administrative departments in the hospital formulated"one department,one list"clarifying a total of 209 authority items involving 947 aspects of public power.Conclusion Through the implementation of list construction work,the system construction for preventing corruption risks was further improved,enhancing the awareness and a-bility of the entire hospital to work in accordance with laws,regulations,and disciplines,as well as the level of refined manage-ment.This ensures the effective implementation of the Party's leadership responsibility for governing the Party,providing strong support for the high-quality development of the hospital.
