Objective To understand the current situation of doctor-patient relationship and its influencing factors from the perspective of medical professionals to provide reference for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate the medical staff of hospitals above the district level in Yantai City,and SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results Of the 866 respondents,666(76.9%)had good doctor-patient relation-ships,while 200(23.1%)had bad ones.Independent sample nonparametric test showed that education,occupation,profession-al title,hospital level,anxiety,depression and insomnia severity had significant effects on the score of doctor-patient relationship(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that tertiary hospitals,mild anxiety,suspected insomnia,and existing in-somnia were positively associated with the score of doctor-patient relationship,indicating that they are risk factors for doctor-pa-tient relationship.Conclusions The results of this survey indicate that medical personnel in urban areas of Yantai generally per-ceive the doctor-patient relationship optimistically.Tertiary hospitals,anxiety,and insomnia emerged as the primary influencing factors of the doctor-patient relationship.
