Objective To explore the effectiveness of evaluating the effects of high-quality nursing services and nurse ca-pacity enhancement in a respiratory department.Methods Twenty nursing staff working in the respiratory department from Janu-ary 2023 to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects.All nursing staff included in the study were divided into two groups according to the principle of random number table,with 10 members in each group.The nursing staff in the study group adopted high-quality nursing services and practiced them in their daily work,while the control group adopted conventional nursing methods.After six months,the comprehensive ability scores,nurse job performance ratings,physician satisfaction with nursing staff,and patient and family satisfaction with nurses were compared between the two groups.Results The comprehensive ability score of the observation group nursing staff was(90.11±3.01)points,while that of the control group nursing staff was(84.32±5.04)points.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups,with P<0.05.The job perform-ance rating of the observation group nursing staff was(94.25±2.05)points,while that of the control group nursing staff was(85.19±3.24)points.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups,with P<0.05.The satisfaction scores of doctors and patients with nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of high-quality nursing serv-ices in respiratory nursing can improve the comprehensive scores and daily nursing work ability of nursing staff,as well as in-crease physician and patient satisfaction with nurses,which is worth promoting in nursing practice.
