In June 2018,the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee issued the"Opinions on Strengthening the Party Building Work in Public Hospitals,"which emphasized the need to strengthen the leadership team,cadre team,and talent team construction in public hospitals and promote professionalization.This article evaluates the current status and existing problems of professional training for management cadres in public hospitals in China through literature review and ex-periential analysis.It identifies weak links that urgently need improvement and explores efficient systems for professional training of cadres,aiming to provide references for the construction of cadre teams in public hospitals in China.
