Objective To explore the factors contributing to the instability of professional and technical personnel in tu-berculosis specialized hospitals and provide scientific decision-making basis for talent recruitment and stabilization of professional teams in hospitals.Methods Stratified analysis was conducted on the types of appointments,professional categories,education-al backgrounds,and professional titles of professional personnel in our hospital from 2018 to 2023.Results Over the course of 6 years,374 personnel were recruited,with the majority being recruited through open recruitment.Specifically,there were 150 in-ternal appointments,214 external appointments,and 10 labor dispatches.In terms of educational backgrounds,there were 2 with vocational education,115 with junior college degrees,183 with bachelor's degrees,66 with master's degrees,and 8 with doc-toral degrees.Regarding to professional titles,there were 313 at the primary level,47 at the intermediate level,8 at the associate level,and 6 at the senior level.Among them,there were 84 clinical personnel,16 public health personnel,231 nursing person-nel,and 43 medical technology personnel.During this period,216 personnel left,including 131 whose contracts were termina-ted,73 who retired,8 who were transferred,and 4 who passed away.The percentages of departure due to contract termination for internal and external appointments were 4.67%and 34.58%,respectively.Among them,the percentages of clinical physicians,public health physicians,nursing personnel,medical technology personnel;those with junior college degrees,bachelor's de-grees,master's degrees,doctoral degrees;those with primary titles,intermediate titles,associate titles,and senior titles were 25.00%,18.75%,24.68%,0%;33.04%,13.66%,25.76%,12.50%;21.73%,19.15%,25.00%,and 33.33%,respectively.Conclusion In tuberculosis specialized hospitals,there is a shortage of new recruits with doctoral degrees and sen-ior professional titles.The recruitment and stabilization of high-level professional personnel are urgent issues to be addressed by the hospital.
