Objective To construct an evaluation index system of the entrustable professional activities for newly recrui-ted nurses.Methods This study drafted a preliminary evaluation index system for the entrustable professional activities of newly recruited nurses by referring to domestic and foreign literature and discussing with research groups.Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert correspondence interviews with 12 nursing experts.The analytic hierarchy process was used to deter-mine the weights of each index.Results The return rate of the questionnaires was 100%and the coefficient of expert authority was 0.93.The Kendall harmony coefficient of the important index was 0.182-0.278 and 0.282-0.296,respectively(P<0.001).The final form of newly recruited nurses of the entrustable professional activities evaluation index system includes 10 first-level indicators,61 second-level indicators,newly recruited nurses in the different stages of entering the clinical expected confidence levels ranging from 1-3.Conclusion The construction of the entrustable professional activities of evaluation index system for newly recruited nurses is scientific and reliable,comprehensive in content and reasonable in structure,which has cer-tain guiding significance for the training and assessment of new nurses.
