摘要
目的 分析评价基于微信公众平台的自助服务系统在从业人员预防性健康检查的应用效果.方法 将2021年1-6月在红谷滩区预防医学门诊部进行预防性健康检查的4 768名从业人员和2022年1-6月在该门诊部进行预防性健康检查的4 544名从业人员分别作为对照组和观察组.对照组的健康检查通过线下预约、在纸质表登记体检结果和人工核验后反馈结果等传统流程进行,观察组使用基于微信平台的自助服务系统进行健康检查,通过线上分时段预约、身份证读取信息、电脑端录入体检结果、系统自动核验及微信反馈结果等流程进行.记录并比较两组健康检查各环节消耗时间、检查信息完整率和准确率以及服务满意度评分.结果 和对照组相比,观察组在信息录入、排队等待、检查全过程和检查后结果反馈环节消耗的时间更少(P<0.05);观察组健康检查数据完整率和准确率均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组在结果获取及时、检查结果防伪性、流程公正及现场秩序的满意度评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05).结论 基于微信平台的自助服务系统有助于提高预防性健康检查工作效率和服务质量,提升从业人员对体检机构的满意度.
Abstract
Objective To analyze and evaluate the application effect of self-service system based on wechat public plat-form in preventive health examination of employees.Methods A total of 4 768 employees who underwent preventive health ex-amination in the preventive Medicine Outpatient Department of Honggutan District from February to June 2021 and a total of 4 544 employees who underwent preventive health examination in the outpatient department from February to June 2022 were selected as control group and observation group,respectively.The control group underwent health examination through traditional procedures such as offline appointment,physical examination result registration on paper form and physical health certificate issued after manual verification,and observation group used the self-service system based on wechat platform for health examination,which was carried out through such processes as online time-sharing reservation,ID card reading,physical examination results input on the computer,automatic system verification and wechat feedback results.The consumption time,information integrity rate and ac-curacy,and service satisfaction score were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group consumed less time in information input,queuing,the whole process of inspection and the feedback of the results after inspection(P<0.05).The completeness rate and accuracy of health examination data in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in obtaining timely results,anti-counterfeiting of inspection results,fairness of the process and order of the site(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-service system based on wechat platform helps to improve the work efficiency and service quality of preventive health examination,and improve the satisfaction of practitioners to physical examination institutions.
