Objective To enhance the level of precise management of radiotherapy equipment and consumables based on the clinical practice of radiotherapy in hospitals.Methods The intervention starts from the planning of radiotherapy equipment and consumables requirements and covers the entire cycle.Specific procurement,installation,acceptance,maintenance,and re-pair processes are established for each piece of equipment and type of consumable,with clear delineation of departmental respon-sibilities and coordination plans.Results The precise management scheme for radiotherapy equipment and consumables adopts a modular design,divided into three categories with seven modules in total.The functions are clearly defined,and the operational processes and departmental responsibilities are clearly outlined.Conclusion This scheme is in line with the practical require-ments of hospital equipment and consumable management,significantly improving the clinical management level of radiotherapy.It can serve as a reference for the overall precise management scheme of hospitals.
