Through literature research and questionnaire surveys,this study investigated the practice of big data supervi-sion in medical consumables management in 30 public hospitals,including the subjects,objects,processes,methods,content,rules,effectiveness,and information platform construction.It explores the practical problems in big data supervision,such as in-complete planning for information platform construction,lack of standardized institutional guidance,restrictions imposed by regu-lations in the medical and health industry,and lack of compliance scrutiny in supervision methods.Suggestions for improvement include clarifying the rules for empowerment and restriction in supervision,establishing standardized procedures for data collection and utilization,strengthening the supervision rule system,and improving problem handling processes and work mechanisms.
