摘要
目的 了解国内外老年人健康管理领域研究现状及热点,为后续研究提供参考和方向.方法 以2012-2022年老年人健康管理的中英文文献作为数据来源,利用CiteSpace6.2.R2软件绘制可视化知识图谱,进行文献定量分析.结果 利用NoteExpress软件筛选去重选出中文文献841篇,英文文献1 115篇.中英文文献年发文量整体均呈现上升趋势;作者分析显示发文量最多的作者是陈长香和Suzuki,Takao,机构分析显示发文量最高的机构是河北联合大学护理与康复学院和National Center for Geriatrics & Gerontology;发文数量最多的国家是中国,其次是美国;关键词分析显示研究主题集中在"社区""慢性病""中医药""健康管理""physical activity""risk""prevalence""dementia"等.结论 老年人健康管理研究领域被学者持续关注,英文文献研究者团队间、各研究机构间合作较中文文献密切.建议国内学者可重点关注国外顶尖学者与机构,加强国际间的学术交流.未来,探索适合中国老龄化发展的老年人健康管理创新模式是国内学者主要探究方向.
Abstract
Objective To understand the current status and hotspots of research in the field of elderly health manage-ment at home and abroad,and to provide references and directions for future research.Methods Chinese and English literature on elderly health management from 2012 to 2022 was used as the data source.CiteSpace 6.2.R2 software was used to visualize knowledge maps and conduct quantitative analysis of literature.Results A total of 841 Chinese and 1115 English articles were selected and analyzed.The overall trend of annual publication volume of both Chinese and English literature showed an upward trend.Author analysis showed that the authors with the highest number of publications were Chen Changxiang and Suzuki Takao.Institution analysis revealed that the institutions with the highest number of publications were the School of Nursing and Rehabili-tation at Hebei United University and the National Center for Geriatrics & Gerontology.The country with the most publications was China,followed by the United States.Keyword analysis showed that research topics were concentrated on"community","chronic diseases","traditional Chinese medicine","health management","physical activity","risk","prevalence","de-mentia",etc.Conclusion Scholars continue to pay attention to research in the field of elderly health management.Collabora-tion among research teams and institutions in English literature is closer than in Chinese literature.It is suggested that domestic scholars focus on top foreign scholars and institutions and strengthen international academic exchanges.In the future,exploring innovative models of elderly health management suitable for the aging population in China will be the main direction of research for domestic scholars.
