Taking the internationalization training measures for young talents in a university hospital in Tianjin as a case study,this article introduces the selection principles,categories,application conditions,selection procedures,candidate situa-tions,support measures,and implementation effects of the hospital's national dispatch of young backbone teachers for overseas training projects.It is believed that great attention should be paid to the internationalization training of young talents,with unified management and effective strengthening of the leading and exemplary role of the Party organizations.It suggests improving foreign affairs systems,standardizing the management process of dispatched training,establishing evaluation mechanisms,providing mul-tifaceted support for training work,respecting the laws of talent growth,establishing incentive mechanisms for tolerance and cor-rection,and strengthening closed-loop management to fully construct a talent development ecosystem throughout the entire chain.
