Middle-level cadres,the backbone of hospitals,are key to enhancing the task execution capability.High-quality hospital relies on a competent middle-level cadre team with strong convictions,dedicated to serving the people,with dili-gence,practicability,accountability,honesty,and integrity.This paper carried out a systematic review of the centralized ap-pointment of middle-level cadres in clinical medical technology and nursing management at a tertiary cancer hospital.It analyzed and summarized the implementation process,key aspects,and work effectiveness of selecting and appointing middle-level cadres.This provided a reference for promoting the selection and appointment of middle-level management cadres in medical institutions under the new circumstances.
