As globalization accelerates,hospitals play a significant role in the international arena.The utility of informa-tion technology(IT)is crucial in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of hospital international affairs management.This pa-per examines the current state of IT integration in hospital international affairs management and discusses the necessity of such ap-plications.These include the enhancement of work efficiency,optimization of resource allocation,and fortification of international cooperation.Subsequently,the paper identifies the predominant challenges in the IT integration process,such as outdated tech-nology,data breach risks,cross-language communication obstacles,and an underdeveloped IT talent training system.Targeting those issues,this paper proposes countermeasures and recommendations to elevate the level of IT integration,with a primary aim of offering a more efficient and secure set of strategies for managing international affairs in hospitals.
